Latest Precision Bridge Version Released
The latest release of Precision Bridge is available. The October 2023 release includes these enhancements:
Support for OAUTH2 authentication for ServiceNow connections
Support for migrating CMDB relationships in Jira
Additional support for Cherwell to Jira migration, including attachments, knowledge base articles, and CMDB
Support for JSON file generation to update migrated Jira Issue tickets
Several new or updated templates

itSMF Challenge Cup
Precision Bridge was delighted to take part in of the itSMF Challenge Cup Service Management simulation session run by SXP last month. We had a rocky start when we selected a non-optimal strategy at the beginning but managed to claw our way up to bronze position. We all had great fun, and a big thanks to the itSMF UK and SXP for organizing this great event.
