Use the buttons below to download ITSM Bridge 3.3 for trial or production use, (requires Java runtime version 8 update 121 or later) based on your desktop operating system.

Recommended minimum desktop configuration: 64-bit with 8GB RAM.  For large data migrations we recommend 16GB RAM.

Installation Instructions for Windows Users (Windows 7 or later)

Unzip the file, then run the setup.exe file to complete product installation.  Launch from the Windows Start menu or use the ITSMBridge icon on your desktop.

 

Installation Instructions for Apple Mac users (OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 or later)

Unzip the file, then use CTRL-Open to open the file called RunITSMBridge.jar

SERVICE NOW MIGRATION TEMPLATES

Organization

This template supports the migration of all organizational data (including Companies, Locations, Cost Centers, Departments, Users, Groups etc.) from one Service Now instance to another.  Can be used with any combination of Fuji, Geneva, Helsinki, Istanbul or Jakarta instances. Requires ITSM Bridge v2.6 or later.

Incidents and Problems

This template supports the migration of selected incidents, problems and related records from one Service Now instance to another. Can be used with any combination of Fuji, Geneva, Helsinki, Istanbul or Jakarta instances.

HR Case Migration from legacy to HRSD scoped application R10

Migrates HR Templates, HR Cases, HR Tasks and related records from the legacy HRSM application to the latest HRSD scoped application shipped with Jakarta.  You must upgrade your instance to Jakarta and activate the Human Resources Core application plug-in before using this template.   Both source and target instance must be the same.

In all cases, these templates migrate data from the source to target server while maintaining data integrity across all references ensuring that the resulting target environment is fully functional across all migrated data sets.

ITSM 764/8.1 -> ITSM 9.1 Migration Templates (Foundation Data)

These templates can be used to migrate foundation data from either ITSM 764 or ITSM81 to ITSM 91.  They should be executed in the order that they appear here.

This last template can be used to migrate all the custom Foundation data including Operational Categories, Business Time Segments, Charge Backs, Assignment configuration, Costing configuration, Key Performance Indicators, Notification Engine configuration and Social Collaboration settings

Incident and Problem Management

This template can be used to migrate Incidents, Problems, Known Errors and Solution DB records from ITSM 764 to ITSM 91 applications.  The template includes all related forms such as Work logs, Tasks, Relationships, Cost records, Decision Trees and Scripts for each primary record type.  You must migrate supporting foundation data (using the templates above), before using this template. Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

Change Management

This template can be used to migrate Change Requests and all related records from ITSM 764 to ITSM 91 applications.  The template includes related work-logs, tasks, task groups, approvals, change templates, task templates, relationships, impacted areas, notification logs, effort logs, financials, reminders, saved searches and other configuration data which can be selectively migrated to meet specific requirements.   You must migrate supporting foundation data (using the templates above), before using this template.  Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

Knowledge Management

This template can be used to migrate Knowledge Articles and all related records from ITSM 764 to ITSM 9.1 applications.  The template includes all supporting configuration data including templates, feedback, update requests, relationships, watch-lists, visibility configuration and source management data.  You must migrate supporting foundation data (using the templates above) before using this template.  Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

SRD

This template can be used to migrate Service Request Definitions and all related forms including PDTs, AOTs, Questions, Data Mappings, Approvals, Entitlements and templates from ITSM 764 to ITSM 91.  Either migrate a specific SRD or a range of SRDs.  Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

SRM

This template can be used to migrate Service Requests and all related forms including approvals, work orders, process flows, question responses etc from ITSM764 to ITSM91.  Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

SLM

This template can be used to migrate Service Level Management application data from ITSM 764 to ITSM 91.  Requires ITSM Bridge v3.0 or later.

CMDB System Class CIs

This template can be used to migrate CMDB System Class CIs (and all sub-classes) from ITSM 764 to ITSM 9.1.  It includes options to migrate a specified Dataset and to migrate CIs that have been modified within a specified date range.

CMDB Access Point Class CIs

This template can be used to migrate CMDB Access Point Class CIs (and all sub-classes) from ITSM 764 to ITSM 9.1. It includes options to migrate a specified Dataset and to migrate CIs that have been modified within a specified date range.  Note that some features of this template require ITSM Bridge version 2.6 or later.

*These templates includes a delete configuration option to delete records from the target server when no matching entry on the source server is found.  This is required to keep the SRM application synchronised between servers after objects like AOTs are removed from the SRD. Note that all deletion candidates are displayed and require manual confirmation to delete in each case.

CORE Data Mappings

Includes all CORE foundation data mappings: Company, Organization, Department, People, Audit Data, Email Parsing, SLA Data, Journal Data, Role Data, Rules, Approval Processing etc.   This template has been configured to only migrate audit data created since a configurable start date.

CASE Data Mappings

Includes all CASE transaction data mappings: Cases, Tasks, Solutions, Assignments, History and related Solution Form Mappings. This template is configured to only migrate those cases that were modified since a configurable start date and that are not Closed or Cancelled.

EFORM Data Mappings

Includes all HR Case EFORM data mappings.
