Latest Precision Bridge Version Released
In the newest monthly incremental release of Precision Bridge 7.2, we’ve added the following features and improvements:
Support for knowledge article migration into Jira as Confluence pages; this includes a new assignment function for handling embedded images.
Enhanced support for migrating foundation data, such as users, groups, organizations, and customers, into Jira.
Ability to select from all supported server types when creating a project; the user is directed to the appropriate support article if additional configuration is needed for a specific project type.

Customer Success Story: Boston University
Boston University recently completed a major ITSM migration project from an older instance of ServiceNow to a new “greenfield” instance, eliminating customizations and leveraging more native ServiceNow features. Over 10 million records were migrated for ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge, Releases, Projects, and SDLC.
